Your feedback is essential for maintaining the quality of sessions and helping Edurs improve. Here's how you can leave reviews and what to do if you encounter issues after submitting feedback.
How do I leave feedback or a review after a session?
After each session, a feedback pop-up will automatically appear when you log in to your Toedur account.
- Rate the session using a star system (e.g., 1–5 stars).
- Provide additional comments or suggestions in the text box for detailed feedback.
- Submit the form to complete your review.
Can I update my review if my opinion changes?
- Unfortunately, reviews cannot be edited or updated once submitted.
- Contact Support for Issues If you believe your feedback no longer reflects your experience, or if there's an issue with your review, you can:
- Reach out to Toedur support through the "Help Center."
- Share session details and explain the issue with your review.
- The support team will investigate and assist further.
