As an Edur, you’ll offer support on topics like applications and cultural adaptation, while growing your skills and earning flexibly. Toedur handles scheduling, secure payments, and easy communication tools in-site Chat to help you focus on mentoring.
What is Toedur ?
Toedur is the world's first platform for student-to-student educational consultations, where students can offer guidance and support to prospective students. It allows international students to share their knowledge, helping others while earning income through these consultations. All services are facilitated through the platform, connecting students globally.
How does Toedur works?
Toedur offers a streamlined platform with several key features to enhance the student mentorship experience :
- Student Profiles & Expertise: Current international students create profiles showcasing their study abroad experience and areas of expertise, making it easy for prospective students to find relevant guidance.
- Search & Select: Prospective students browse profiles to choose a mentor who best fits their study goals and needs.
- Booking & Scheduling: Students book consultation sessions through Toedur’s built-in calendar, with mentors setting their availability and rates.
- Consultation Sessions: Mentors provide personalised advice and support through video calls, messages, and shared resources, directly on the platform.
- Feedback for Improvement: After sessions, students leave feedback, allowing mentors to refine their offerings and build their reputation.
- Earnings & Payments: Toedur handles secure payments, enabling Edurs to track earnings and make withdrawals easily.
- Easy Payout: Edurs can quickly withdraw their earnings with Toedur’s Easy Payo feature. Once a minimum balance is met, Edurs can request a payout, and Toedur will transfer the funds to their preferred payment method, making it simple to access their income.
What is an Offer?
An Offer is a service package that you, as an Edur, can create to provide tailored guidance to students. Here’s how to use Offers to support students effectively:
- Create a Customised Service List: After your first meeting with a student, compile a list of services that will help them reach their study-abroad goals. This could include consultations, resources, and specific support steps.
- Outline the Offer: Ensure the offer clearly communicates the guidance and resources the student will receive.
- Send the Offer for Review: Once your offer is ready, send it to the student for their review and acceptance.
- Activate Upon Payment: After the student accepts and completes the payment through Toedur, you can initiate the mentorship process.
- Grant Full Platform Access: Once the offer is accepted, the student will gain full access to Toedur’s platform features, allowing them to make the most of the mentorship experience.
